Chelsea have been crowned Premier League champions after forgotten man Michy Batshuayi’s late show at the Hawthorns
handed them them their sixth league title and their fifth in the Premier League era. The team won the title two
seasons ago.The Blues were victors in 1955, 2005, 2006, 2010, 2015.

Batshuayi, a £33million summer signing from Marseille, was not even among the substitutes when Chelsea beat
Middlesbrough on Monday.

He is still to make a Premier League start, he has only scored one goal and has made more headlines for his tweeting
than his goal-scoring.

But in his 18th Premier League appearance off the bench, he finally showed his poacher’s instinct to send Chelsea
and Antonio Conte delirious.

Batshuayi popped up with an 82nd-minute winner to steal a 1-0 win at the Hawthorns as Chelsea took the title with
two games to go.

Nigeria international Victor Moses playing his 33rd Premier League game of the season was substituted by Kourt
Zouma.
